Below is a chart with various alerts or holds and how to go about getting them removed. If you are unable to resolve your alert with the information listed below, please request support via SEAM’s online form.

Contact your divisional academic advising office
Contact your faculty advisor within your second or additional major
Contact your faculty advisor within your primary major
Add emergency contact information in SIS Self-Service.
Add family contact information in SIS Self-Service.
Add a local address in SIS Self-Service. This must be a Maryland (MD) address.
Add a permanent phone number in SIS Self-Service.
Add a permanent address in SIS Self-Service.
Contact your divisional academic advising office.
Contact your divisional registrar’s office.
Contact your divisional Health and Wellness Center.
