Online Form
Use SEAM’s online form to contact us. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email confirmation and a student support specialist will be in touch during normal business hours.
Users without a JHED, such as parents and third party vendors, can create a guest account.
Virtual Visit
We offer virtual visits by appointment and drop-in.
Drop-in Zoom Hours:
Wednesdays, 2–4 p.m. ET
There will be no drop-ins on January 22 and January 29.
Locations
JHU students are welcome to visit any SEAM office.
SEAM’s in-person offices are closed for MLK Day from noon on Friday, January 17 through Monday, January 20.
